Barossa Fresh Supermarket is a participant in the Drakes Supermarkets Crystal Bohemia Glassware Program commencing Wednesday 12th August, 2026: Barossa Fresh will uphold these terms and conditions as outlined below; where applicable.

1. General

1.1      Information on how to earn and redeem stamps for Crystal Bohemia Glassware form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy.

1.2       The Crystal Bohemia Glassware 2026 Campaign is owned and managed by Drake Supermarkets Pty Ltd, ABN 57 109 544 416 (“Drakes”). Level 1, 159 Henley Beach Road, Torrensville, SA 5031.

Key Dates:

• The Campaign is open for Qualifying Purchases made between 12:01am (ACST) on 12/08/2026 and 11:59pm (ACST) on 03/11/2026 (“Campaign Period”).

• The Campaign is open for Redemption between 12:01am (ACST) on 12/08/2026 and 11:59pm (ACST) on 17/11/2026 (“Redemption Period”), while stocks last.

2. Crystal Bohemia Glassware giveaway

2.1       For every $20 spent in one transaction after any applicable discounts and exclusions set out below (“Qualifying Spend”), you will receive 1 stamp.

2.2       You will also be eligible to receive 1 Bonus stamp when you spend the qualifying $20 or more in one transaction and purchase one or more products from a participating brand or product range. There is a limit of one Bonus stamp earned, per brand or product range, per transaction.

2.3       The total number of Stamps a customer has earned in a transaction, can be found at the bottom of each Drakes Supermarkets store receipt.

2.5       The Qualifying Spend is calculated after applying all savings and discounts and excludes the purchase of tobacco, gift cards and commission sales such as phone recharge, dry cleaning and continuity sales including Adelaide Royal Show tickets. This promotion is not open to third party delivery services such as DoorDash or Menulog. Online shopping customers can only process redemptions for Glassware in store; online redemption is not available.

2.6       Stamps will only be available to be earned during the Campaign Period. No stamps will be issued after 03/11/2026. Drakes accepts no liability if Crystal Bohemia Glassware becomes unavailable, for whatever reason.

2.7     Drakes may from time to time at its discretion offer bonus stamps (“Bonus Stamps”).  One Bonus Stamp will be awarded when a customer spends the qualifying $20 or more in one transaction and purchase one or more products from a participating brand or product range. There is a limit of one Bonus stamp earned, per brand or product range, per transaction. A full list of participating products can be found below. Drakes will communicate in store and/or externally if, how and when Bonus Stamps will be provided.

3. Redeeming Crystal Bohemia Glassware stamps

3.1       Drakes customers may redeem Stamps for Crystal Bohemia Glassware at any participating Drakes Supermarket store from 12 August 2026 to 17 November 2026 (“Redemption Period”), provided they have enough Stamps to redeem as per the product listing in clause 3.3, and while stocks last.

3.2       The following Crystal Bohemia Glassware products are available to be redeemed during the Redemption Period for Stamps, purchased at full price or purchased with part pay at any participating Drakes Supermarket store, while stocks last:

3.4       Only the Crystal Bohemia Glassware items listed in clause 3.3 are eligible to be redeemed for Stamps, to the exclusion of all other glassware or products sold at Drakes.

3.5       Rainchecks will not be provided during the Campaign Period or Redemption Period.

3.6       Stamps can only be redeemed for Crystal Bohemia Glassware while stocks last. Saver cards can be redeemed until 17/11/2026 or until stock of any or each item runs out, whichever occurs first.

3.7       Products will only be redeemable in a participating Drakes Supermarket store. Online redemption is not available.

3.8       Products can be purchased during the Campaign Period at the full retail offer price as indicated in store if the customer does not have sufficient Stamps to redeem Products.

3.9             Products can also be purchased/redeemed via a part pay initiative. If the customer has part of the amount of required Stamps (as set out in clause 3.3 above), the customer will have the option to ‘part pay’. The payment component can be completed using cash, EFTPOS and gift cards at any Drakes Supermarket store.

3.10             To redeem any Stamps in store, customers must visit a Drakes Supermarket store and select the Products they wish to redeem/purchase from the merchandise stand displayed. Customers are then required to take their Products through a checkout where they can scan the Products. If enough Stamps have been accumulated, the customer will be given the option to redeem the Products for the Stamps. If the customer has part of the required stamps (as set out in clause 3.3 above), the customer will have the option to ‘part pay’ and will then be required to pay the listed portion of the Products retail price and use the required Stamps. If there are not enough Stamps, the customer still has the option of purchasing the Products at the retail price displayed.

3.11       Complete and hand in one saver card per item being redeemed. Redemption of saver cards which are altered, amended, defaced, photocopied, damaged or do not bear appropriate stamps will be refused.
